Conference App Features
Yes, you can! Follow the steps below to do so:
1. Click the three bars in the top left of your dashboard screen
2. Click on your initials that are present in a colored circle
3. Here, you are able to take a photo or upload an image
Click on the map icon on the home page and then select the event you are interested in attending.
By selecting the event, a map with walking directions will pop up.
The heart icon is a way to "favorite" an attendee or partner to easily access their information at a later time.
To navigate to your saved favorites, click the three lines in the top left corner, then select "Favorites" under your profile picture or initials.
Here, everything you have favorited on the app will appear in sections.
To unfavorite something, click on the item and unselect the heart in the top right corner.
Attendees and partners will not get a notification if they are added to your favorites.
The megaphone icon is a shortcut to view all announcements that have been pushed through the app.
When a new announcement appears, a red dot with a number will pop up to inform you a new announcement has been posted.
Push Notifications
Push notifications are messages that are sent directly to your phone.
You can not disable the push notifications through the app.
We highly recommend reading all push notifications sent as all notifications will be sent by our conference planning team regarding important communication you will need to know onsite at the event.
Once push notifications have been sent, you can access the message at any time within the Activity button on the home page.
A red dot with a number will also appear next to the megaphone icon in the top right corner. If you see a red dot, click on this icon to view the notification.
Conference App Chat
1. Look up the attendee's first and/or last name on the "Attendee" page
2. Click their name and access direct messaging through the text bubble in the top right corner of the attendee's profile
Yes! To view all previous chats, follow the instructions below.
1. Click the three bars in the top left corner of the Dashboard
2. Right under your profile picture or initials, you will see "Chats" and "Favorites"
3. Select the "Chats" button to access all messages already created
No, once a chat is started it will always appear in your inbox.
Event Support
You can access your Event Support Team for Brand Conference under two areas within the app:
1. On the bottom right corner of the Dashboard, select “Event Support” to reach the team
2. On the Dashboard, click the three bars on the top left corner. From the drop down menu, under the “Attendees” icon, select “Pillar To Post Event Support” to reach the team.
To get a hold of Event Support, sent a direct message through the app. Here is what you need to do:
1. Follow the steps above to get to the Event Support Page.
2. Next, select the individual who would be the best contact to answer your inquiry based on their role.
3. Click the message icon in the top right corner to chat with them.
4. By clicking the heart icon, you can add them to your favorites for quick access
5. For an immediate response, the Event Support Teams contact information (email and phone) is available on their profile.
