The deadline to register for Fire Club is September 1st. Please note, if you do not register by this deadline, you may be subject to additional costs. All flights must be approved and booked by October 1st – otherwise additional costs may apply.

The cost to extend at The Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia in a Double Occupancy Room is $535.00 per night. This rate is valid three days before and three days after the main group dates. Please note that this rate is also based on availability of the hotel at the time of your request and is NOT guaranteed at the time of submitting your registration.

Please note that if you choose to extend, you will be charged a $100.00 deviation fee per couple/attendee traveling as a single in addition to arranged transfer costs should you choose to do so through Xplor.

Yes! But please note, a $100.00 Deviation Fee per couple/attendee traveling as a single will be added to your total and you may also be responsible for any additional flight costs should they exceed a round trip to and from your home city. Our travel partners at Xplor will communicate with you directly regarding your itinerary and any additional pricing should it occur prior to booking your flight.

Cancellation Policy for winners: Once your registration for Fire Club is confirmed and your airfare is booked, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. In the event you choose to cancel your trip, you will be fully responsible for the cost of your airfare and hotel accommodations.

Cancellation Policy for additional guests: By registering and purchasing additional guest trips, hotel rooms, and flights, you acknowledge that all associated reservations are made under your name and responsibility. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.

First and foremost, your bathing suit! With the hotel being waterfront, you will definitely want to bring your best tropical attire. The rest of the event is resort casual along with the Welcome Night Reception.

For the group workout, please pack workout attire that you can be active in.

All beverages, restaurants, and dining options are included, however some restaurants do have upgraded options that are subject to additional costs.

On night one, there will be a Welcome Reception with the group with passed apps and drinks.

On day two, there will be a group workout in the morning followed by an off-site catamaran excursion. 

On night three, there will be a final night dinner and party prior to departing the next day.

Group transportation will be provided for you to and from the airport in St. Lucia if you are traveling on group dates.

Should you choose to deviate from the group dates, transfer costs and any additional airfare charges may apply. Once you submit your request for an extension, someone from our Travel Team at Xplor will reach out to you in regards to your options.

No! Upon submitting your registration, someone from Xplor will reach out to you regarding potential flights to St. Lucia. You will work hand in hand with our travel staff to ensure the itinerary works best for you and your plans.

Yes, U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport to enter St. Lucia. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned date of arrival in St. Lucia.
