A discounted group room rate of $189.00 per night is available for Rock Steady Boxing attendees staying at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.
A 17.5% hotel tax will also apply to the room rate.
The deadline to book a room at the discounted group rate is Thursday, August 5, 2027.

We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as the meeting space can be chilly!

If you plan to participate in physical sessions, attendees are encouraged to bring their own boxing gloves and mitts.

100% Refund: Registrations canceled prior to Thursday, February 25, 2027 are eligible for a 100% refund.

50% Refund: Registrations canceled prior to Friday, February 26, 2027 through Wednesday, June 30, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Please note the total refund will be $25 less than the original payment due to credit card processing fees.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after Thursday, July 1, 2027

If you are needing to cancel your hotel reservation, you will need to contact the hotel directly.

Registration may be transferred to another individual prior to the transfer deadline of Thursday, August 13, 2027 at 11:59 PM EST.
