To secure your sponsorship, you must complete the registration process NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, AUGUST 18TH. 
During the registration process,  please be ready to upload your logo and company description.

At the time of registration, you will also be able to request a room at Loews New Orleans Hotel under our discounted group rate.

After submission of your registration, you will have the option to make payment for your sponsorship via Credit Card or Check. If you choose to pay by Credit Card, a 4% processing fee will be added on to your original sponsorship and will be processed at the time of submitting your registration. If you choose to pay by check, your check must be received NO LATER THAN JULY 28th.

All payments for sponsorships will be made through our conference planning partner, Xplor, Inc.
Failure to submit your payment may result in a cancellation of your sponsorship.
