Conference will officially start on Tuesday, June 4th at 6:30pm with the Welcome Reception event.

The Awards Dinner will be the last event of the conference and will end on Thursday, June 6th at 10:00pm.

Registration will begin on Tuesday, June 4th in the International Foyer at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel.

Registration will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm. If you miss the registration window, you will be able to retrieve your name badge at the Welcome Reception that evening. You will be able to pick up your conference swag the following day at The Hospitality Desk.

Welcome Reception
Texas theme - “Boots & Bling”, Business Casual, or come as you are.
This event is indoors in the International Ballroom.

Cocktail Hour and Awards Dinner
Semi-Formal. The Cocktail Hour will take place both indoors and outdoors, with access to the rooftop pavilion. The Awards Dinner will take place in the Regency Ballroom.

General Sessions & Breakouts
Business casual or your company branded attire.

 

Professional headshots are available throughout the conference during meals and breaks. You can sign up for your headshot at the time of registration.
