Conference Registration

The last day to register additional attendees for conference is on Friday, December 5th, 2025 to avoid credit card processing fees. After this deadline, all registration fees will be charged in full on your CC with a 4% processing fee. The contracted group rate will also increase after this deadline from $250 per night.

Each registration is its own separate account. You and your guest must register with different emails as it creates a separate account for each person. This allows the system to track individual answers and also allows each of you to sign in to the conference app with your own account.

We highly recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible to secure the best rates.

A one night, non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of requesting your hotel room.

The remaining balance of the room will be charged by either PTP Bucks or to the same card on file the week of December 8th.

Please note, the last day to cancel your reservation without being charged for your entire request is Friday, December 5th.

Conference Location

We highly recommend staying at The St. Louis Union Station Hotel, as this is where all conference activities will be taking place.

If you will be flying in for conference, we recommend flying into St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) which is about 25 minutes from the resort by car.

At the end of January, St. Louis typically experiences cold winter weather. The average daily high temperature is around 41°F, rarely dropping below 25°F or exceeding 59°F. 

No, there is no airport shuttle to and from the hotel; however, MetroLink's Red Line offers direct service between Union Station and Lambert Airport Terminal 1. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes, costs around $3.00–$3.50, and runs hourly, seven days a week.

If you would like to rent a car during your stay in St. Louis, parking at the hotel is $40 per day for self parking and $50 a day for valet parking. UBER and Lyft are also very popular within the area.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

The deposit submitted at registration is non refundable.

Any rooms cancelled AFTER December 5th, 2025 are NOT eligible for a refund, regardless of when the room was booked. This is in reference to both credit card charges and PTPBucks.

All cancellations must be made directly with XPLOR.

If registering before December 5th, you will be direct debited by Pillar To Post for all additional attendee fees through your account or through your PTP Bucks - whichever you choose to pay with.

If you register after December 5th, the only option will be to pay in full by credit card at the time of submitting your registration which will increase registration fees due to credit card processing fees.
