Senior Helpers will direct debit $1,199 in August from each franchisee/ main attendee in the system.  Any additional attendees will be debited $499 each after conference is over.  Franchisees who fail to attend will be charged an additional $2,000 non-attendance fee.

The weather in Tucson in September is hot and mostly sunny, with average highs of 90–96°F (32–36°C) and lows of 65–75°F (18–24°C).

Conference attire for sessions and events is business casual.

Meeting rooms can run a bit cold, so bringing a light jacket or sweater is a good idea. And if you’re planning to join any optional activities, make sure to pack comfortable walking shoes, as there will be some walking involved.

For the final night celebration, we’re switching things up with an ’80s theme. Feel free to lean into it with bold colors, fun accessories, and any retro touches you like. This is your chance to get creative and embrace the energy of the decade.
 

Tucson International Airport is 12 miles (approximately 24 minutes) away from the hotel.

There is no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport.
We recommend taking a taxi service from the airport if you do not plan on renting a car during the time of conference.
Should you choose to rent a car, self-parking is $7.00 + tax per night, and valet parking is $36.00 per night.

Tuesday, September 1 is the last day to register for golf.

The cost for rentals are $75.00 plus tax for the first 30 reservations.

After they all have been reserved, rentals will increase to $150.00 plus tax. 

The tournament will be taking place pre-conference, on Wednesday September 16 with a shotgun start at 1:00pm.

The tournament will consist of 18 holes total, taking place on two separate courses. 

You will be required to submit a credit card to guarantee your reservation, however, you will not be charged at the time of booking.

Final payment will be due at the time of check in.

We have contracted a special group rate of $309.00 per room plus a $25.00 resort fee per night and applicable taxes.

If you wish to extend your stay and explore Tucson, the discounted group rate is available for three days before and three days after the main conference dates. Please note, extension requests are not guaranteed and depend on the availability and pricing of the hotel at the time of submitting your extension request.
