We have contracted a special group rate of $219 for the conference dates. This rate applies to studio rooms only and DOES NOT include 12.5% tax and $10 all-access pass. 

If you submitted a hotel request during registration and provided your credit card information, then our partners at Xplor, Inc. will submit this information directly to The Hard Rock Hotel San Diego for processing. The Hard Rock will charge your card upon your check-in.

We have since switched platforms since moving the conference date. For all current purchases regarding activities or if you would like to change your hotel request, please contact Rachel at rachel@xplorinc.com

NO! If you registered for the conference before the date change, then you DO NOT need to re-register.  However, you WILL need to confirm your new hotel dates. Please reach out to Rachel at rachel@xplorinc.com to change/confirm your new hotel dates.

With the health and safety of attendees being our top priority, there are several measures that we will be implementing throughout the conference. 

DISTANCING

  • Tables spaced 6-feet apart with reduced number of seats
  • Vendor Expo and meals outdoors
  • Franchise Appreciation event outdoors
  • Signage and floor decals to help maintain a safe distance

SANITIZING

  • Sanitizing stations throughout our meeting spaces
  • Regular sanitizing of high-touch surfaces

FACE COVERINGS

  • We will continue to follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and wear face masks as required

San Diego has a temperate climate year-round but days in March do tend to be a little chilly. The average high in March is 67°, while the average low is in the low 50's.  Rain is common during the month of March and evenings can feel chilly so packing a light-weight jacket should keep you comfortable.

  • Conference attire is business casual for all events at the Hard Rock Hotel 
  • Meeting spaces have a tendancy to be cold, so a jacket or cardigan is highly recommended 
  • For the Franchise Appreciation Evening at Sea World, casual attire is recommended. You will be outdoors so comfortable walking shoes and a light jacket are highly recommended!
  • For the Awards Dinner on The Spirit of San Diego, casual/nautical-themed attire is preferred. Think sailors, sailboats, and all things marine--have fun with it! It may be a bit chilly so consider bringing a light jacket or cardigan.
  • An all-access pass (regularly $25) includes the following:
