Conference Admission Items and Payments
The registration fee is waived for the Main Franchisee Attendee and One Additional Attendee.
Any other additional people interested in attending conference will be charged $499 at the time of submitting registration.
Yes!
A Dinner Only Attendee Admission is $150.
They will have access to the Welcome Reception on Monday night and a private Group Dinner on Tuesday night.
You will be charged for any applicable registration fees at the time of submitting your registration.
The registration deadline is Thursday, June 30th at 11:59pm EST.
Event and Conference Location
Savannah Airport, officially the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), is the closest airport to Savannah, GA. The airport is roughly 20 minutes from The Westin, with several options for airlines.
There is unfortunately no shuttle to and from The Westin.
We do recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as they are heavily available in the area. An average cost for each is about $25/$30.
July is the hottest month in Savannah with day time highs peaking into the 90s and lows only dropping to the mid 70s at night.
Summers can also bring intense humidity so plan for shady activities or visits to Tybee Island Beach to cool off!
Hotel and Accommodations
The rate of a room at The Westin is $344 per night. This rate is inclusive of the daily resort fee, standard hotel fees, and applicable taxes.
The only payment you will be responsible for onsite is any incidentals charged to your room.
Yes, the resort fee is mandatory but has already been included to the nightly rate of the room.
Yes!
The group rate is available three days before and three days after the main Conference dates. Extension requests are not guaranteed at the time of registration and are based on the availability of the hotel upon submitting your request. If the hotel is unable to accommodate your extension, you will be notified by our travel partners at Xplor and fully refunded for your requested extension.
You will be charged for your hotel request at the time of submitting your registration. Prior to submitting payment, you will be asked to confirm your request to ensure you are being charged accordingly.
If you need to cancel your hotel request, please reach out to Karli at karli@xplorinc.com as soon as possible.
If we have already confirmed your room with the hotel, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund.
