If you wish to extend your stay at The Westin, the group rate is available three days before and three days after the original conference dates.

Please note: extension requests are NOT guaranteed at the time of registration and are based on the availability of the hotel.
If the hotel is unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified by your Program Manager at Xplor and fully refunded for your requested extension.

The total amount for the duration of your stay will be charged at time of registration.
