Registration Fees
- All prices listed above are per person.
- Any new Franchisees of 2020, 2021, or 2022 will be given a code to use at checkout. This code will apply towards ONE Delegate Pass.
Hotel Fees
- A credit card will be collected during registration to secure your reservation at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan.
- The total room charges for the duration of your stay will NOT be charged at the time of registration. The same card you used to secure your hotel reservation at the time of registration will be charged for your hotel request in early December.
- You can modify or cancel your reservation request up until December 1, 2022 5:00PM EST by contacting karli@xplorinc.com
- We will NOT be able to issue a refund for hotel charges after December 1, 2022 at 5:00PM EST.
Installment Plan Conditions:
- PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Early Bird Installment Plan ended on July 22nd at 11:59PM EST.
- If you opted for Installment Billing during registration, your installments will be drawn on the third Friday of each month.
- The number of monthly installments is based on the date that you registered. Please see your confirmation email for details.
- Full refunds will be allotted for any cancellations made before December 1, 2022. No refunds will be allotted after December 1, 2022.
- All requests for refunds must be made through Jeff Sholdice, VP Financing and Internal Operations.
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Karli@xplorinc.com. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund of Registration Fees will be issued if cancellation is received prior to December 1, 2022. No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2022.
- If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and will automatically be cancelled at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
