Conference Registration

The last day to register additional attendees for conference is on Monday December 9th, 2024 to avoid Credit Card processing fees.

Each registration is its own separate account. You and your guest must register with different emails as it creates a separate account for each person. This allows the system to track individual answers and also allows each of you to sign in to the conference app with your own account.

We highly recommend registering for conference and reserving your hotel room as soon as possible to secure the best rates.

A one night, non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of requesting your hotel room.
The remaining balance of the room will be charged to the same card on file the week of December 9th.

Conference Location

We highly recommend staying at El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, as this is where all conference activities will be taking place.

If you will be flying in for conference, we recommend flying into Tucson Intl. Airport (TUS) which is 23 miles from the resort.

Please note, while several US cities fly non-stop into Tucson, you can also fly into Phoenix.
The transfer time from Phoenix is approximately 80 minutes.

 Temperatures range from around 40 to 75 degrees, and it hardly ever rains.

No, there is no airport shuttle to and from the hotel.

If you would like to rent a car during your stay in Tucson, parking at the hotel is complimentary and valet parking is $15 per day. UBER and Lyft are also very popular within the area.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

The deposit submitted at registration is non-refundable.

Any rooms cancelled AFTER December 6th, 2024 are NOT eligible for a refund, regardless of when the room was booked.

All cancellations must be made directly with XPLOR.

If registering before December 9th, you will be direct debited by Pillar To Post for all additional attendee fees.

If you register after December 9th, the only option will be to pay in full at the time of submitting your registration which will increase registration fees due to credit card processing fees.
