Join us for this year's conference at El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort located in Oro Valley along the foothills of Arizona’s beloved Santa Catalina Mountains.

The PTP Standard Group Rate for all conference attendees at this hotel is $377* USD per night, Should you choose to extend your stay in Tucson, this rate may be extended 3 days prior and 3 days post event dates, based on hotel availability. 

Upon booking, a one night NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due at the time of requesting your room.
The remaining balance for your room will be charged the week of December 9th. 

Please note that any rooms requested after December 8th at 11:59pm EST will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the request. This payment will not be refundable.

You will be given a link to reserve your room after submitting your registration.
The link will also be provided within your Confirmation Email.

The remaining amount for your reservation will be charged to the card on file the week of December 9th. Any rooms booked after December 8th at 11:59pm EST will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the request.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so no later than Friday, December 6th, 2024 to avoid being charged for the entire request submitted.

Hotel cancellations will be accepted until Friday, December 6th less one night room and tax.
Any cancellations after this date are subject to FULL penalty and no refunds.
