The last day to register additional attendees for conference is on Friday, December 4, 2026 at 11:59PM EST to avoid credit card processing fees. After this deadline, all registration fees will be charged in full starting the week of December 7, 2026, on your CC with a 4% processing fee. The contracted group rate will also increase after this deadline from $312* per night.

Each registration is its own separate account. You and your guest must register with different emails as it creates a separate account for each person. This allows the system to track individual answers and also allows each of you to sign in to the conference app with your own account.

We highly recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible to secure the best rates.

A non-refundable one-night deposit must be paid by credit card at booking.

PTP Bucks can only be applied to registration and some of the hotel costs processed through the Brand Conference registration site. Flights, meals outside the event, and other personal expenses are not eligible. 

PTP Bucks can be used for all additional nights other than then that one night non-refundable deposit.

No. If you are using PTP Bucks, your BUCKS balance must cover the entire cost of that item (either registration or hotel), excluding the one-night, non-refundable hotel deposit, which must be paid by credit card. 
 
No partial payments are allowed for the remaining balance. 
 

Yes. You can use PTP Bucks for your hotel and pay for registration with a credit card, or the other way around.  

You just cannot mix payment types on the same item.

• Avoid spending them on other purchases before the December 5th deadline as there is a lag in what your balance may show 

If you registered using PTP Bucks and do not have enough Bucks in your account to cover the full amount, the credit card on file (used to pay the one-night non-refundable hotel deposit) will be charged for the balance owing the week of December 7, 2026.
 
If there is any issue processing that card, PTP Accounting will debit your PTP account for the amount owed.

When you book your hotel through the conference registration site, your credit card is charged for one non-refundable room night  to confirm your reservation. This is standard hotel policy for securing rooms. 

The good news is that all of your remaining nights can be covered using your PTP Bucks. So, while your card will handle the first night, your Bucks will still apply to the majority of your stay. 

This approach guarantees your room is locked in while giving you the ability to use your PTP Bucks for the balance. 

The one night non-refundable hotel deposit submitted at registration is non refundable.

Any rooms cancelled AFTER December 4, 2026 at 11:59PM EST are NOT eligible for a refund, regardless of when the room was booked. This is in reference to both credit card charges and PTPBucks.
