The Fairmont Dallas is located in the heart of downtown Dallas, within walking distance of the city's renowned Arts District, Klyde Warren Park, and many of the area's premier dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations.

The PTP Standard Group Rate for all conference attendees at this hotel is $266.00* USD per night plus tax ($312.00 after applicable taxes). Should you choose to extend your stay in Dallas, this rate may be extended 3 days prior and 3 days post event dates, based on hotel availability. 

Upon booking, a one night NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due by credit card at the time of requesting your room.

You may choose to pay the remaining balance for your reservation by PTP Bucks or the same card you use to make your initial deposit. All funds will be processed after the deadline of Friday, December 4, 2026.

Any rooms booked after December 4 at 11:59pm EST will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the request at the time of requesting a reservation. This payment will not be refundable.

The link will also be provided within your confirmation email.
