EVENT AND LOCATION

Denver averages a daily maximum temperature for September that's between 74 and 81 degrees °F. The minimum temperature usually falls between 45 and 50 °F.  We recommend packing some warmer clothes as the mornings and evenings do tend to be a little chilly.

Conference attire is casual for most events.

The 20th Anniversary Celebration event will be more formal and upscale so please bring something nice to wear!

Meeting spaces have a tendency to be cold, and with the lower temperatures in Denver during the months of September, we recommend packing warmer clothes or a jacket to wear during sessions or outdoor events.

Please bring comfortable walking shoes as the hotel convention center is rather big so a little bit of walking will most likely be required.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is a little under 7 miles away from the hotel. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle but with being in close proximity, we recommend taking and UBER or Lyft if you do not plan on renting a car.

There is no shuttle service from the Gaylord Rockies to the airport. We recommend taking an UBER or Lyft if you do not plan on renting a car during the time of conference.
