You will not owe anything at time of submitting your registration for conference. Your account will be direct debited by Senior Helpers on or after Saturday, July 1st, 2023.

There are only three admission items available for conference. Main Attendees and Additional Attendees will have access to the full conference, sponsored meals, and all events hosted by Senior Helpers. Day Pass Attendees will have access to general sessions, breakout sessions, provided breakfast, and the Awards Luncheon.

You are able to bring a guest to Hot Havana Nights on Saturday, September 23rd for $175. This admission item will not allow access into the rest of the conference, sponsored meals, or any other events hosted by Senior Helpers.

The last day to register for conference is Sunday, August 20th, 2023 at 11:59pm EST.   After this date, you will still be able to register, however, the Senior Helpers discounted room rates will no longer be available and you will not be eligible for any room drops or conference swag.

Daily average highs are up to 89°F while lows throughout the night average 73°F.
We recommend packing some light clothes as the days can get hot with the Florida humidity. 

Conference attire is casual for events.

Meeting spaces have a tendency to be cold, so we recommend packing warmer clothes or a jacket to wear during sessions or outdoor events. Please bring comfortable walking shoes as the combined hotels are big so a little bit of walking will most likely be required.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 30 minutes away from JW Marriot.  The hotel does not have an airport shuttle; we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft if you do not plan on renting a car.

There is no shuttle service from the hotels to the airport.

Please note, extension requests are NOT guaranteed and depend on the availability and pricing of the hotel at the time of submitting your extension request.
