Based on the number of territories you own, you will be debited your specific Conference fees on Thursday, July 17th.
Any additional guests or additional Conference fees will be debited post Conference.

The last day to register for conference is Friday, August 1st at 11:59pm EST.  After this date, you will still be able to register, however, may not be eligible to receive Conference swag.

The weather in Boston in September is mildly cool and breezy, with average highs of 75°F (24°C) and lows of 58°F (14°C).

Conference attire is casual for events.

However, for the Roaring Twenties Awards Dinner, we invite you to step into the glamour and jazz by embracing flapper-style dresses, bobbed hairstyles, and elegant pearls for women, and sleek suits, bow ties, and fedoras for men. Think glitz, glamour, and a touch of Gatsby-esque flair Senior Helpers style — this is your time to shine in the decadent and exuberant spirit of the Jazz Age!

Meeting spaces have a tendency to be cold, so we also recommend packing warmer clothes or a jacket to wear during sessions. If you choose to participate in optional activities, please bring comfortable walking shoes as there will be a little bit of walking required.

Boston Logan International Airport is six miles (approximately 15 minutes) away from the hotel.

There is no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport.

We recommend taking an UBER or Lyft if you do not plan on renting a car during the time of Conference.
Should you choose to rent a car, self-parking is $40.00 per day and valet parking is $65.00 per day.

We have contracted a special group rate of $309.00 base rate per night. After room taxes (16.45% per night) and fees, the cost per night comes out to $359.83 USD. For more information about the venue, please click here.

If you wish to extend your stay and explore Boston, the discounted group rate is available for three days before and three days after the main conference dates. Please note, extension requests are NOT guaranteed and depend on the availability and pricing of the hotel at the time of submitting your extension request. 

The maximum number of guests in a room is four, and that ONLY applies to rooms with two queen beds. The hotel does not allow roll-aways in this room type due to fire code regulations. Roll-aways can fit in certain rooms of the Superior King category, but it is not guaranteed. Roll-aways are $25 per night. If you have questions or concerns about room occupancy, please contact the hotel directly.

If you are a Hilton Honors member, you may be able to upgrade your room with honors points.
